Thank you for shopping at GroomingForHim.com. We appreciate every customer and aim to provide complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following refund policy:

Returns You may return unopened items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. We also ask that you return the complimentary gifts that were sent with the item.

To be eligible for a return, please contact us at support@groomingforhim.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery and must contain the RMA number on the return label.

Refunds After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Sale items, gift cards, and subscriptions are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. We do not accept returns or provide refunds on opened products, except if the item is defective or damaged. If you believe an item is defective, please contact us before returning.

Shipping You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error or the item arrived damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for items of value. We cannot guarantee or replace lost or damaged returns.

Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
